Sevda travels regularly to Arif's house for her son's treatment. Arif realizes that he cares for Sevda, but every moment he is dissuaded from the idea of starting a family again. His loneliness also bothers his friends, who insist on convincing Arif that it is important to get married, that Arif must face reality and get on with his life. After hesitating for a while, Arif decides to tell Sevda how he feels and marry her. Sevda says no to Arif at the first proposal. However, Tarana's house annoys her and Sevda decides to marry Arif. They get married.
Zakir opposes their marriage. Arif's former mother-in-law Gulzar also opposes Sevda's coming to the house. Ismail, Arif's son, is also against another woman coming to the house as he is devoted to his late mother. Zakir's son Farid is also in love with Arif's daughter Ulkar.
